Fermangh Farms is an outdoor event venue and rental house. Our rustic barn features a modern twist for indoor events, with our numerous outdoor spaces for ceremonies.
We also have a variety of tented locations near our garden for larger covered outdoor ceremonies and receptions for weddings. Receptions can also take place in winter due to the heated indoor barn.
Prices
Guest counts above 140 will require a tent rental set up to accommodate up to 300 guests.
In house catering packages also available starting at $68 (plus HST) per person

Established in 1893, this historic farm retains its rustic charm while blending in elegant touches, creating a beautiful backdrop for your dream wedding.
Facilities & Capacity
Fermanagh Farms offers both indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception spaces. The all-season Lower Barn is ideal for up to 135 seated guests, featuring high wooden ceilings, timber beams, polished concrete floors, exposed brick, and warm string lighting. For larger celebrations, outdoor tented options can accommodate up to 400 guests. Acres of meadows, ponds, forests, gardens, and antique farm machinery provide endless photo opportunities.
Services Offered
Couples enjoy exclusive access to the venue for their wedding day, including two bridal suites (one with overnight stay). Our in-house Events Team is here to make planning seamless with customized wedding packages tailored to your vision.
