WESTSIDE STUDIOS HOUSE RULES
These rules apply to all clients, crews, guests, vendors, and visitors. By booking or using WESTSIDE STUDIOS, the Client agrees to follow these rules and is responsible for everyone attending under their booking.
Studio use is for approved commercial, photography, video, production, workshop, meeting, and event purposes only. No residential use, sleeping, camping, or overnight stays without written approval.
Booking time includes setup, shooting, cleanup, and teardown. Clients must leave by the scheduled end time. Overtime fees may apply.
Do not exceed occupancy limits or block hallways, exits, elevators, or common areas.
Keep noise at a reasonable level and respect neighbouring businesses and other studio users.
Leave the studio clean. Remove all garbage, props, food, decorations, and personal belongings.
Food and drinks are only allowed in approved areas. No smoking, vaping, or cannabis indoors. Alcohol and pets require prior approval.
Take care of all walls, floors, furniture, equipment, backdrops, and cyclorama surfaces. Damage, excessive cleaning, or repainting may result in additional charges.
Do not drill, paint, mount, rig, install, or alter studio property without approval.
Special effects, smoke/haze, open flames, weapons, hazardous materials, stunts, and similar activities require written approval.
Minors must be supervised at all times.
Do not share access codes, keys, or cards with unauthorized persons.
Follow all building, parking, fire, safety, licensing, and legal requirements.
Report damage, accidents, hazards, or emergencies immediately.
Serious or repeated violations may result in additional fees, removal from the studio, termination of the booking without refund, or denial of future bookings.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
