About this space
The living and dining area is roomy. You can fit a group around the table for a meeting and still have space to move. Kitchen's fully kitted out too, so cooking as a group works fine, and there's no issue if you'd rather get catering brought in.
The outside is the best part, honestly. Hot tub, fire pit right by the lake, a dock that's just for the house. Kayaks and bikes are there if you want them. People tend to use it for downtime between sessions, or for actual team stuff - depends on the group.
Six cars fit in the parking. WiFi's quick. Cleaners come through before every stay. You can book any time of year, and Edelweiss Ski Resort is a 25 km drive or so if winter's the plan.
The house is in Low, Quebec. About an hour out of Ottawa.

Please do your dishes during your stay
Separate recycling and garbage into the designated bins
Do not rearrange furniture
Please take care of all furnishings — guests are responsible for damages exceeding the security deposit
Property is on a septic system — dispose of paper towels, sanitary products, and diapers in the trash only
Please extinguish the fire pit completely each day
Secure kayaks on the dock after use; store life jackets and paddles under the back roof
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
