- The studio is equipped with surveillance cameras. By reserving Studio Cuero, you agree to be recorded. The recordings are used exclusively for security reasons and to ensure compliance with the rules. They may serve as evidence in case of non-compliance with the general conditions.
- Dirty shoes or high heels are not allowed to preserve the floor's integrity. Avoid black soles, as they leave marks.
- Access to the mezzanine is strictly PROHIBITED. This space is monitored and reserved for storing studio elements.
- An espresso machine, refrigerator, and microwave are available, along with bottles of water and milk (for coffee). The rest does not belong to you and must not be used. There is a shared storage space marked with RED dots for long-term tenant items. This is strictly PROHIBITED for use. Please clear your food before leaving, and do not eat on the sofas. Any stains will incur a minimum charge of $100 + taxes.
- The space under the mezzanine is reserved for storage. Any use of this space must be pre-approved by the owners. A formal agreement, by message or email, is REQUIRED.
- A loading dock is available, as well as stairs. The studio is located on the 2nd floor, accessible via elevator or stairs.
- Smoking or vaping is STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the premises. A fine of $800 will be imposed for non-compliance.
- Studio Cuero declines any responsibility for theft, loss, incident, or damage occurring during the reservation. Clients are responsible for the safety of their belongings and persons.
- Note that any damage to furniture or the general space will result in a minimum fee of $100 + taxes, assessed case by case.
- Only dogs are allowed for an additional fee of $50 + taxes. A cleaning fee of $100 + taxes may be required for specific clean-up related to the pet.
- A fee of $65 + taxes will be charged for using the backdrop.
- Windows may be opened, but please ensure they are closed when leaving.
