• Guests must leave the studio in the same condition as arrival
• Outside catering is allowed
• Alcohol is allowed for intimate/private events only
• Music is permitted at a reasonable volume
• No glitter, confetti or open flames
• Furniture may be moved carefully and returned to its original place before leaving
• Pets allowed upon approval
• Maximum capacity must be respected
• Setup and cleanup time must be included within the booking time
• Please notify us in advance for any filming equipment, large productions or special setup needs
• Shoes may be required off for yoga/wellness activities
• Respect the building and neighboring studios at all times
