Host rules

No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the building.
No open flames (including candles) are allowed in the space. LED candles are permitted.
The host is responsible for ensuring that all guests respect the space and the building at all times.
The space must be left in the same condition as it was found (all garbage collected, furniture returned to its original layout, etc.).
Any damage to the space, furniture, or equipment will result in additional charges.
Noise levels must remain reasonable and respectful of the building and neighboring units.
All events must end at the agreed-upon time. Overtime will be charged accordingly.
Alcohol is permitted only when a responsible host aged 25 or older is present throughout the event.
No illegal substances or activities are permitted on the premises.
Decorations are allowed, but nothing may be taped, nailed, or affixed to walls or surfaces in a way that may cause damage.
