Welcome to Superior Studios, a premium private event venue in Mississauga, conveniently located near Toronto Pearson International Airport and major highways.
Featuring approximately 3,000 square feet of beautifully designed space across two levels, Superior Studios offers a modern, elegant, and versatile setting for private celebrations, corporate gatherings, and special occasions. Our venue accommodates events of up to 70 guests.

Venue Features & Amenities:
Our contemporary event space features an open, flexible layout that can be customized to suit your event. Amenities include tables and chairs, a kitchenette and bar area with a sink and refrigerator, stylish interiors, additional lounge space on the second floor, and complimentary on-site parking.
We offer flexible rental options, including access to the Main Event Floor or both floors, depending on your event requirements and selected package.
Clients are welcome to arrange their own catering, decorations, and event vendors, allowing them to personalize their experience. Audiovisual and production equipment must be provided by the client or their vendors.
Flexible Event Packages:
We offer full-day and extended event rentals, along with special Monday-to-Thursday rates and shorter four-hour mini-event packages for qualifying smaller gatherings.

Host rules
Superior Studios is a private event venue. Please review these rules before booking:
Capacity: Maximum 70 guests. The organizer must ensure attendance stays within the permitted capacity.
Rental Period: Booked hours include setup, deliveries, decorating, the event, cleanup, and removal of all belongings. Guests and vendors must vacate by the scheduled end time. Additional time requires advance approval and may incur charges.
Event Details: The event type, guest count, hours, and planned activities must be disclosed accurately. Material changes require approval.
Noise and Conduct: Music and noise must be kept at reasonable levels. Disturbances, unsafe conduct, and activities affecting neighbouring businesses are not permitted. The booking organizer is responsible for all guests and vendors.
Food and Alcohol: Outside catering is welcome. Any alcohol service or consumption requires advance approval and compliance with applicable Ontario laws and venue policies.
Equipment and Decorations: Clients must arrange their own audiovisual, photography, and entertainment equipment. Decorations must not damage walls, floors, furniture, or fixtures. Ask before installing décor or using special effects.
Care of the Premises: No smoking or vaping indoors. Dispose of waste properly and leave the space free of personal items and decorations. Damage or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges under the rental agreement.
Doors and Temperature: Keep exterior doors closed and secured; never wedge doors open. Do not adjust or block HVAC vents. Contact management if the temperature needs attention.
Access and Safety: Use only the areas included in your package. Keep entrances, exits, and walkways clear and follow posted safety instructions.
All bookings are subject to the Superior Studios rental agreement and venue policies.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
FAQ
Yes. All packages include tables and chairs.
No. The venue does not provide décor services, cutlery, or table covers. Clients are welcome to bring their own vendors for décor, catering, cutlery, and related services.
