About this space

Hall C is a Ballroom in Affinity Conference Centre characterised by high ceilings and large ring chandeliers that define the room's scale.

Design: The room presents neutral grey panelling, tall decorative wall mouldings and a patterned carpet. Large windows and wall sconces provide a mix of natural and layered artificial light.

Features: The room includes a built-in audio-visual and event lighting rig and a PA system for amplified sound. Free high-speed wired and wireless internet and air conditioning support the space, and a clear dance floor area is provided. Step-free guest access, wheelchair access and accessible toilets serve the room; a separate entrance and pre-function lobby are provided, and the room has access to in-house catering menus.

Ideal for: A spacious room suited to formal seated dinners and lively, music-led standing receptions for corporate groups and community or cultural organisations.

What guests say: The space is clean and well laid out. The space benefits from attentive, organised on-site coordination and reliable in-event support.
