Fairlawn Estate is situated on a 2000 acre working farm that perfectly bridges a gateway between past and present. First owned by the John and Georgiana Molloy, the main homestead was built in 1840, and was the first dwelling built in the district.
This opulent homestead contains 1000m2 of jarrah wood floor space, full kitchen, cocktail rooms, a historic ballroom(with fire place) and garden's that produce colours through out the 4 season's.
