Booking and Payment
- A per person preauthorisation fee is required and will be charged if a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the event.
- Final numbers and full payment are required 7 days before the event.
- Personal cheques are not accepted; payment must be made via cash or credit card.
Catering and Menu
- Menu must be finalised at least 14 days prior; items may change due to seasonality.
- Guests cannot bring outside food, except cake, which incurs a fee.
Access and Timing
- Day bookings are until 5:00 PM unless otherwise approved.
- Evening access cannot be guaranteed before 5:30 PM.
- Last drinks are called at 11:45 PM, with all guests to vacate function rooms by midnight.
Venue Policies
- General cleaning is included, but extra fees apply for excessive mess or decorations like confetti.
- Functions may attract a security charge.
- Responsible service of alcohol is enforced; intoxicated guests will not be served.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors.
Postponements and Cancellations
- With two weeks' notice, deposits can be transferred to a new date within 12 months.
