This dining space overlooks the coastline and can host up to 10 guests around a large timber table. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of natural light and ocean views.
The space works well for meetings, workshops, private dining, interviews, podcast recordings, photoshoots, filming, product launches, and smaller celebrations. It’s also located close to Sea Cliff Bridge, local beaches, and South Coast lookouts.

Additional hours: $150–$200 per hour, by prior arrangement.
The venue is offered as an exclusive private hire and includes professional cleaning following your event.
Minimum booking: 2 hours.
Additional hours may be arranged, subject to availability.
A security bond and signed venue hire agreement may be required depending on the nature of the event.
Furniture and styling elements shown in the photographs are included unless otherwise advised. Hirers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Designed with elegant coastal interiors and multiple entertaining spaces, the residence is ideal for intimate celebrations, executive gatherings, content creation, corporate meetings, photo shoots and private dining.
🧹Professional cleaning is included in the venue hire fee. Additional cleaning or repair costs will only apply where the property is left in a condition beyond normal use.

Host rules
• Exclusive use of the residence is provided for the duration of your booking.
• No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the residence.
• The residence is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Music must be kept to a respectful level, and all outdoor areas are to be vacated by 10.00 pm unless otherwise agreed.
• No parties, school formals, bucks or hens celebrations, or events involving excessive alcohol consumption.
• The venue may only be used for the purpose stated in your booking confirmation.
• Furniture and décor may be moved with care and returned to their original position before departure.
• Hirers are responsible for any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• Confetti, glitter, smoke machines, open flames, fireworks and similar items are not permitted.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Please leave the residence in a tidy condition. Professional cleaning is included in the venue hire.
• Any additional guests beyond the approved booking must receive prior approval.
• Respect for the home and our neighbours is appreciated at all times.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
