The Terraces are the ideal outdoor space. Our Terraces surround the interior of the building and are the perfect place for lunch, a long dinner or a Friday afternoon drink. Our Terraces can seat up to 30 people.

Host rules
- BYO: No outside food or drinks allowed, except for celebration cakes.
- Cake: Celebration cakes are permitted, with complimentary cutlery provided.
- Deposit: A $10 per person pre-authorisation is required and released once the minimum spend is met or after the event.
- Cancellation:
- More than 30 days prior – full refund
- 14–30 days prior – 50% refund
- Less than 10 days prior – full deposit charged
- Guest Conduct: Clients are responsible for guest behavior and any damages. Ambra may refuse service or remove intoxicated guests.
- Guest Numbers: Final numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior. This confirmed number is the minimum charge.
- Early Access & Decorations: Access is available 1 hour before the event with 48 hours’ notice. No glitter, confetti, open flames, or venue damage permitted.
- Music & Noise: No amplified music (bands/DJs) unless booking the entire venue. Noise must not disturb others.
- Payment: Full payment is due at the end of the event. No personal cheques accepted. Prices may vary based on event details.
- Alcohol Service & Guest Removal: Ambra may stop alcohol service or remove disruptive guests at its discretion.
- Room Hire & Minimum Spend: No hire fee, but a minimum spend applies. If not met, the deposit covers the difference, and any remaining balance must be paid.
- Damage & Loss: Ambra is not responsible for lost or damaged personal property. Clients are liable for any damages and must manage external props/equipment.
