- Final guest numbers and pre-ordered food must be confirmed 3 business days prior to the reservation date. If numbers increase, please call and notify us to see whether we can accommodate your requests.
- Bar tabs can be opened on arrival upon presentation of a credit card and corresponding identification. Alternatively, beverages can be purchased by guests on a cash basis.
- If cancellations fall within 3 days of the reservation date, room hire and catering costs will be charged where applicable.
- The credit card on file will be charged for any unpaid balances at the end of the function.
- The function organiser is held liable for any unpaid balance or payment shortfall.
- Standard venue policies apply to all functions; management reserves the right to remove patrons or cancel the function if terms or venue policies are breached by the organiser or guests.
- No outside drinks or food are allowed into the venue without prior authorisation. Fees may apply.
- No live or amplified music or entertainment is permitted for balcony bookings. The music played will be through the courtyard music heard in the bar.
- All event-related setup, e.g., Cake or Present Table, is limited to the balcony space only.
- No signage (directional or otherwise) can be placed in walkways or at the entry to the Mill.
- No balloons, rice, confetti, or rose petals are permitted in the venue.
- No glass surfaces can be covered.
- Any electrical equipment must be tagged and tested.
