About this space
Our modern meeting rooms are 98.8 square metres each and fit up to 100 people. Need more space? Combine a few rooms to host even bigger groups — price and capacity scale with how many you book.
Each room has carpeted floors, soundproof walls for privacy, and high ceilings that keep things feeling open. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in loads of natural light and show off skyline views of Sydney. There’s also access to a private terrace if you want to step out for a breather.
The layout’s flexible — great for workshops, talks, or anything in between. Tech-wise, you’ve got a projector, drop-down screen, sound system, and full air con.
Catering and AV rentals are available and can be worked into your minimum spend. It’s a smart, functional spot with a killer view.

About Aerial Function Centre
Aerial Function Centre is in Ultimo, just minutes from Sydney’s CBD. It’s part of UTS and built for modern events. Situated in the former headquarters of John Fairfax, where journalists and printers produced the Sydney Morning Herald and other newspapers until 1995.
There are five meeting rooms, two big terraces, and an on-site bar. You can book it for anything from a 20-person meeting to a 450-person conference.
Rooms have carpeted floors, high ceilings, and soundproof walls. Big windows let in loads of light, with blackout curtains when you need them. You’ll also get great views of the Sydney skyline. The terraces are perfect for a break or fresh air.
Layouts are flexible—set it up how you want. Fully wheelchair accessible with ramps, lifts, and accessible bathrooms. Paid parking is available on-site.
