About this space

Our ballroom is big — 495 square metres — and can fit up to 450 people. It’s modern, flexible, and perfect for everything from big parties to conferences.

There’s soft carpet, high ceilings, and soundproof walls to keep things private. Floor-to-ceiling windows show off awesome views of Sydney, and blackout curtains give you control. You’ll also have access to a private terrace.

The setup is totally flexible. We’ve got natural lighting, strong air con, top-tier sound, and built-in projectors with drop-down screens.

Minimum spend includes catering and AV options to help you tailor the space to your event.

About Aerial Function Centre

Aerial Function Centre is in Ultimo, just minutes from Sydney’s CBD. It’s part of UTS and built for modern events.

There are five meeting rooms, two big terraces, and an on-site bar. You can book it for anything from a 20-person meeting to a 450-person conference.

Rooms have carpeted floors, high ceilings, and soundproof walls. Big windows let in loads of light, with blackout curtains when you need them. You’ll also get great views of the Sydney skyline. The terraces are perfect for a break or fresh air.

Layouts are flexible—set it up how you want. Fully wheelchair accessible with ramps, lifts, and accessible bathrooms. Paid parking is available on-site.
