About this space

Rising Sun Workshop is a restaurant defined by a motorcycle-garage industrial aesthetic that runs through the whole venue.

Design: Exposed brick walls and sturdy timber beams give the interior a raw, utilitarian look. Long communal tables, mixed-height seating and metal pendant lights are balanced by daylight from high windows.

Features: A full kitchen and bar produce the venue’s in-house menu and drinks. A PA system and speakers are available and the venue permits own music. Reliable Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, wheelchair access and accessible toilets are provided.

Ideal for: Local social groups and community gatherings seeking a relaxed, social seated meal or an informal standing reception.

What sets it apart: A mezzanine-level seating area provides an elevated, semi-private overlook of the main dining floor.

What guests say: The space has a strong, characterful atmosphere and a lively vibe. The staff are attentive and service is generally quick.
