The Upstairs Studio Space (The Dance Hall) is a large 100sqm space with a wooden floor suitable for a range of activities from dance, light movement, theatre rehearsals, film studio space, film auditions, casting sessions, singing lessons, courses and seminars, product launches, corporate training, pop-up, yoga or pilates, theatre company launch events, community activities, we’re open to your suggestions! The space has an adjacent outdoor patio area and all modern amenities, including air-conditioning, Kitchen and Bathroom facilities. The space can fit up to 40 people, but is most suitable for around 30.

Originally home to the Bodenwieser Ballet Studio. the HubStudio is conveniently located at 18 City Rd Chippendale NSW 2008. Close to public transport and major parking amenities, the studio is a great place for a wide range of activities. The HubStudio has four fantastic spaces available for hire to the public at very competitive rates. Our aim is to run the best studio space for professional creatives in all areas of Film, TV, Theatre, Voice & Movement. We’d love to have you with us!
