• Music - Please note no music is to be played or loud noise at the property after 10:30pm, all events to conclude by 11:00pm and all persons to have left the property.
• Australasian Performing Right Association (APRA) license must be obtained if music is being performed or played at your event.
• 4 x toilets are included in church hire, 2 x unisex included in hall hire. But please note if more than 120 guests are in attendance, portable toilets are required to be hired at the expense of the hirer.
• Liquor Licence – A Short Term Liquor Licence must be obtained if alcohol is to be served at your event.
• This space is mixed use with permanent tenants - restaurant, private business, residential tenant, and church group. Please respect their belongings and areas.
