Light and airy with heaps of natural light, this meeting and events room located on the ground floor and offers a range of flexible configurations ideal for any event, meeting or conference.
With a maximum capacity of up to 80 people, it provides ample space for gatherings of various sizes. Whether you're hosting a small-scale meeting or a larger conference, this innovative feature enables the room to be easily divided or expanded to accommodate different group sizes and event formats.
The feature operable wall is removable, and Hunter 1 can be combined with Hunter 2 room for events up to 120 people. In addition to its adaptability, this room also offers a welcoming ambiance and modern amenities to enhance the attendee experience.
Event offers and packages
Package per person
Day delegate package (available for 20 people +) include:
- Full or half day room hire cost (depending on the package chosen) with the room arrangements of your choice.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi.
- Audio and visual equipment including projector, a screen and a flip chart.
- Morning Tea: this include variety of teas and coffees, milk and sweets.
- The lunch table: assortment of sandwiches, one chef’s selection of substantial meal, salads, fresh seasonal fruit, cheese and options of beverages.
- Afternoon Tea: light snacks with teas and coffees to keep you moving.
