About this space
Our beer garden is a go-to spot for private functions, summer parties, anniversaries, and live music evenings. It can accommodate up to 60 people seated and can be decorated to suit the event’s needs.
The space includes a fully enclosed area and features a rustic setting, with its own private bar and heating.
Prices
• Games and toys: $60;
- 3 packs of mega sized blocks;
- Colouring pencils and paper to draw on;
- 2 decks of Coopers branded playing cards;
- Ring toss drinking game;
- Jumbo sized Connect 4.
* Please talk to our staff about pool table hire and/or pinball machine hire in addition to games and toys hire.
• Cakeage:
- Option 1. BYO/DIY (We supply the sharp cake knife): FREE of charge;
- Option 2. Lady Daly Supply (We supply the sharp cake knife, a plinth for the cake, ceramic plates, cutlery & napkins): $20;
- Option 3. Lady Daly Cuts (Cake sliced by chef into finger sized portions, arranged on platters and served by staff to all guests. Napkins supplied): Before 9pm: $30;
Each hour after 9pm: +$25;
- Option 4. Lady Daly Single Serves (Cake sliced by chef into portions, plated with cream and coulis, and served by staff to guests): $4 per person.
• AV Hire: $65;
- Includes 2 wireless microphones and a quality speaker;
- The AV equipment can be tested by your group prior to the event;
- Hire of a 65 inch TV for presenting visual items via USB or HDMI is also available by upon request ahead of time.
• Balloon Bouquets: $300;
- Bouquets of 5 helium filled balloons of your colour preference with balloon weights;
- One bouquet on each table throughout the beer garden space;
- Balloons can then be taken home by your group or our team can dispose of them.
• Extended Room Hire: $200/hour.

Host rules
• Smoking on premises not allowed.
• A deposit of $400 will need to be paid within 7 days after the initial or tentaive booking to secure your event or the date will be made available to other guests. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days of your event, provided there are no damages, additional cleaning fees or late cancellation.
• All guests are asked to adhere to neat casual dress. Shoes must be worn (children included) at all times.
• All minors are required to leave public areas by 10pm and private areas by 11:30pm.
• No glitter, scatter, confetti or balloons consisting of these are permitted.
