About this space
Tucked away behind the dining area is our private room, designed for elegant dinners, business lunches, and milestone celebrations of up to 14 guests.
The space is arranged with an oval table, a TV screen, and curtains that separate it from the main restaurant.
Prices
- Access to the space outside of trading hours will incur a fee of $60 per hour.
- Hire includes bar and service staff, cutlery, crockery, glassware, and access 45 minutes before the event.

- A selection of canapes:
• 8 choices - $44 per person;
• 10 choices - $50 per person;
• 12 choices - $54 per person;
- Shared sit-down menu:
• 5-course chefs' menu of our greatest hits - $78 per person (additional dessert for $6 per person).
Drinks:
- Basic:
• 3 hours - $59 per person;
• Extra hour - $15 per person (4 hour maximum);
- Premium:
• 3 hours - $79 per person;
• Extra hour - $20 per person (4 hour maximum).

- Cocktail:
• 3 hours - $80 per person;
• Extra hour - $15 per person (4-hour maximum);
- Spirits:
• 2 hours - $55 per person;

Host rules
Rules:
• Smoking on premises not allowed.
• Nothing is to be nailed, screwed, or adhered to any wall or other surface or part of the building.
• Confetti, poppers & sparklers are not permitted.
• Decorative candles are to be used in a fire-safe manner, using candle holders, hurricanes, vases, and a plate to contain wax. Any damage to the premises caused by candles will be invoiced separately and must be paid within 7 days of the invoice being issued.
• All decorations must be removed by the host or the suppliers; this includes balloon garlands.
• Any damage to the premises caused during the event held by the host or its guests will be invoiced separately and must be paid within 7 days of the invoice issued.
Bookings & Deposits:
• The deposit must be paid within 7 days to secure your booking.
• The deposit is 25% of the total cost.
• If the deposit is not paid, your date will be released, and an admin fee of $10 may be charged.
Cancellation:
• If you cancel your event within 14 days before the event, after full payment has been made, we (Olivetti) will work with you to find another date. If you do not wish to postpone, the amount will be credited and can be used towards another event.
