About this space
A rustic barn-style content studio featuring multiple shooting spaces, suitable for brand campaigns, lifestyle and editorial shoots, product photography, personal branding sessions, family photoshoots. From the vaulted timber-ceiling studio and authentic farmhouse kitchen to the styled green room, bedroom set, textured bathroom, and sun-dappled European courtyard.
The studio is fully air-conditioned and includes free Wi-Fi, a wall-mounted screen, makeup station, and two clothing racks. A collection of styling props is available, including design and coffee table books, vases, pots, imitation greenery, rugs, throws, crockery, platters, bowls, cutlery, and decorative accessories.

• There are four spaces on the pebbles behind the letterbox, and plenty of free street parking.
• Keep music and voices to a reasonable level to respect our neighbours.
• Return all studio furniture and props to where you found them, and generally tidy-up. If excess cleaning is required, a charge of $70 will apply.
• Report any damage to our team prior to your departure.
• Excess rubbish that does not fit into the kitchen bin must be taken away with you.
• The entire property is non-smoking.
• The use of lit candles, incense or other flamed products are not permitted without prior approval.
• No fake tan or body oil is to touch the beige sofa, rugs, towels or fabric of any kind in the studio.
• Do not drag furniture across the floor. Any damage to the floor is the responsibility of the Hirer.
• No children are permitted in the studio unless being photographed.
• No pets are permitted in the studio except by prior arrangement.
