Host rules

As Beaumont House is an unlicenced venue, this is a strict finish time as we do not have permits to be able to hold events after this time. This is in accordance with the Environmental Protection (Noise) Policy 2019 not to disrupt the nearby residential houses.

Beaumont house is a “dry hire” venue, which means we provide the venue space as a blank canvas and you can put your unique ideas into place. You can hire through a third-party vendor – furniture, catering, bar service, etc. All vendor access date/s and time/s need to be included in your Venue Hire Application form.

• No items such as marquees, umbrellas, etc, can be held down by pegs – they need to be held down by weights;
• All furniture must be removed from the lawn at the conclusion of the event. This includes set up of any furniture on the lawns, this must be commenced on the day of the event;
• All rubbish/waste must be emptied into the red (general waste) and yellow (recycling) bins at the property – if the rubbish/waste does not fit into the bins, you must take this with you.
