Valid ID required for all alcohol purchases - no exceptions
Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time
Intoxicated guests will be refused service and may be asked to leave
Guests appearing intoxicated upon arrival may be denied entry
Intoxication Management
Excessively intoxicated guests will be immediately asked to leave
No re-entry permitted once removed for intoxication
Venue not responsible for guests removed due to intoxication
Authorities may be contacted for public safety
Drink Rules
Outside alcohol strictly prohibited unless arranged with management
Drinks must remain in designated areas
Guests responsible for their own consumption and behavior
Smoking and Substances Regulations
No smoking indoors - includes all indoor areas and covered spaces
Smoking only permitted in designated outdoor areas
E-cigarettes and vaping follow same restrictions
Proper disposal of cigarette butts required. Ashtrays provided in designated smoking areas but only when food is not being consumed

Illegal drugs and controlled substances strictly prohibited
Guests with illegal substances will be removed and authorities contacted
Guests under influence of illegal substances refused service
