The room is a rectangular, neutral-toned conference space arranged with rows of upholstered chairs, a central aisle and dark acoustic ceiling panels. The carpeted floor and planted front area receive both natural and even natural and artificial light.

Room features: AV and conferencing equipment support remote participation, including a ceiling-mounted projector, PA speakers and conference-call facilities. A flatscreen TV, whiteboard and flipchart are provided for presenter notes and on-site collaboration.

Best for: Seminars, instructor-led training and speaker-led meetings that require formal staging and AV-connected participation.

What sets it apart: An operable partition allows the space to be combined from or divided into two smaller rooms for flexible event sizing.
