Learning and development activities are simply online activities that encourage employees to learn something new. It can usually be anything from a cooking class to encourage creativity to an allyship workshop to promote your company culture. The minimum number of participants would be around 3, and the maximum around 500. For example, our candle making workshop, which promotes creativity and group communication, can be hosted for as few as three participants, while our Allyship Workshop can accommodate up to 499. However, we recommend keeping it to a reasonable number of participants to encourage good discussion and learning.
