Cancellation policy
Cancellation, Low-Show, and No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for reduced event participation headcount turnout at an event (“Low-Show”), zero participant turnout at an event (“No-Show”) and/or event cancellation. If you provide notice of cancellation at least 72 hours in advance of the event, then credit towards a future event may be issued in accordance with the rescheduling policy above.

The seminar is held virtually through a link provided by Sum of Us and is facilitated by an expert in the field.
The workshop can be tailored to fit the specific needs and goals of any organization, regardless of the number of participants, ranging from a single attendee to a large group of 500 or more.
Your remote team will need a computer with an internet connection to access the live seminar. They will also need a pen and paper or online notepad to participate in live exercises and take notes, and a cell phone or computer to access Slido, an interactive app used to engage with the facilitator live and ask questions anonymously. The seminar will be held virtually using a link.
