Facilities and location were great, buffet food was nice. Service was attentive and efficient. Was defo use again. probably 8/10, would have been 9/9.5 if no aircon issue.

Just one issue, aircon either wasn't working or was switched off so the smallish room we started off in was sweltering, they had a fan in the corner but it was too weak to cool the room properly, they upgraded us to the big room when we mentioned this as that had more space/airflow but didn't seem to have aircon on either.

Location and facilities

The room was much too hot and attendees were unable to regulate which made it rather uncomfortable.

Staff at Landmark on the 10th floor were friendly and accommodating. Nice big meeting room with a good view, with a good TV for presentations. Good coffee facilities. All felt high quality.

Room was a bit hot and they couldn't adjust it. The building reception downstairs were a bit grumpy and not very helpful!
