Friendly staff, good sized room, and location close to Leeds station/central. Refreshments good. Excellent sized screen, and team flexed to meet our needs - e.g. late ask for flipchart, and reduction in numbers coming
Not a major thing, but having the flipchart set up for when I arrived would have helped, so I had a little more time to prep ahead of the meeting starting
