Pleasant communication
Overall it was great and Phil was particularly helpful and responsive to enquiries. On the negative side the food was whisked away very early and i was not asked about this and was commented upon by numerous guests. Also the bouncers were a bit awkward at the end of the evening, telling us all to leave at 2.40 despite me having confirmation that we could stay until 3am.
