About this space
Our space is great for cooking shows, photography, commercial shoots, creative projects, etc. We don't accept events there.
There is a gourmet kitchen with a six-burner Wolf range stove, custom walnut cabinetry, a marble backsplash, and a stainless steel hood vent centered on a 10-foot island.
The kitchen, living space, dining area, office, one bedroom, guest bathroom, and backyard are all included in this rental price. There is also a garage and private area in the back of the home that can be used for equipment storage, food/prop area, and catering. The Master bedroom and bathroom are also available upon request.
Outdoors Options: we now have another set of wood patio chairs and lounge chairs. (Photos upon request)

Rate listed is for up to 9 attendees, additional attendees or less hours please contact host for more info. Site rep fee $400/10 hr day (to be paid directly). Tech scout additional $125/30 minutes.
Please be respectful as this home is lived full-time by a family of four.
Guests MUST provide COI listing homeowner as additional insured and MUST obtain photo/filming permits from Film LA (4 business days prior to booking)
For more than 4 vehicles/trucks crew parking is required.
Please prevent floor damage by using protective mats or tennis balls on equipment.
Please do not block the sidewalk, neighbor’s driveways, or congregate in front of their homes.
Please NO smoking inside the home – There will be a designated area to smoke outside.
If A/C or heating is used, all windows & doors must be closed.
Moving and putting back of furniture is possible.
No fake blood or stain-able products to be used on site.
Closets, drawers, pantry, and refrigerator is off limits unless pre-approved by the owner.
No loud music or loud talking in the backyard after 10 pm weeknights or 11 pm weekends.
All rentals include set up and clean up time - otherwise, overtime will be charged at time and 1/2
Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking and placed in the outdoor dumpster.
Any damage to the property during the rental period is the responsibility of the production and/or production company.
All ages are allowed in the space.
Production insurance is required.
The production company must list the homeowner as additional insured on the Certificate of Liability Insurance.
Furniture and decorations may be moved.
Smoke machines are allowed.
No nudity allowed.

About Modern Home
Modern home in Culver City that has light hardwood floors, high ceilings, a lot of windows that fill the room with natural light, 16 ‘pocket sliding doors that open to an outdoor space which has a table that seats six, a gas fire pit surrounded by a conversational sectional, and a lush yard with mature landscaping.
House is located on a wide street and includes three parking spaces in the driveway and additional parking in the back that can fit a 17'-26' box truck.
