PARKING SITUATION:
The Parking Lot Is Located At 1023 S. Los Angeles St. Los Angeles, CA 90015 United ( $10.00 Parking all day) States. As well as meter street parking on, MAIN, OLYMPIC, 11TH & LOS ANGELES.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND WE DO NOT OWN THE BUILDING WE ONLY CONTROL WHAT HAPPENS IN OUR SPACE!

OVERTIME FEE: 1.5x the price
Your booking is your set up and clean up time. Please make sure you are out by the end of your booking to avoid any additional fees.

ELEVATOR:

Our building elevator is open 24HRS

(THE IS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE let the host know beforehand so they can help!)

CAUTION:

(We do allow smoking so please be cautious if you have any sensitivity to smoke of any kind.)

TIME:

If you book our space please arrive a little bit earlier due to the parking situation (although you can park in the lot for $10) and try to find our door.
When your booking space is done please make sure to finish on time or else you will be charged a fee for the extra time.
