Host rules
1. Nature of Agreement: This is a limited, revocable license for the Space at 8399 E. Hartford Dr, Scottsdale, AZ. This is not a lease; no landlord-tenant relationship is created.
2. Access & Fees: Use is limited to confirmed dates/times. All fees must be paid in full before the event. Overtime, damage, or cleaning charges are due immediately. Unless stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable; no credits for cancellations or no-shows.
3. Use & Care: Space must be returned in its original condition. Client is liable for damages or excessive cleaning. Prohibited: illegal activity, excessive noise/odors, smoking/vaping, hazardous materials, and animals (except service animals).
4. Vendors & Media: Catering, alcohol, or third-party vendors require advance approval. Personal photography is allowed; commercial filming/photography requires prior written consent, fees, and insurance. By using the Space, Client consents to NextSpace capturing and using photos/video of the premises for marketing without compensation.
5. Liability & Insurance: Client assumes all risk for injury, loss, or damage and must provide liability insurance upon request. NextSpace is not liable for lost or stolen property. NextSpace’s maximum liability is limited to the rental fee paid.
6. General: Parking is shared/not guaranteed. Security cameras are used in common areas. NextSpace is not liable for interruptions beyond its control (e.g., power outages).
7. Governing Law: Terms are governed by Arizona law (Maricopa County). Use of the Space constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
