About this space
This luxurious European-style brownstone in historic Hamilton Heights is ideal for private, lowkey parties: birthday parties, company receptions, etc.
It is NOT meant for large parties with large, rowdy crowds (no DJ-ying allowed).
The main floor features a dining room that seats 10-12 and a living room with comfortable seating for 9, all accented by a fine collection of china and glassware.
The garden level includes a fully equipped chef's kitchen, perfect for catering, and opens to a private garden with seating for 8. Additional serving dishes for up to 12 guests are also available.
There is a Boston grand piano in the main floor. For an additional $35 per hour, it can be used by professional pianists. It is otherwise locked. If you wish to feature classical music during your event but do not know any classical musicians to perform, we can arrange that, as well, for an extra fee.

Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, and the use of any drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Catering: Outside catering is welcome and permitted.
Noise Control: Please ensure that music remains at a reasonable volume to avoid disturbances.
Liability Waiver: Clients and their guests will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to the event.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
