Guest Conduct:
Loft39 reserves the right to remove overly disruptive guests or end your event at any time for reasonable reasons at its discretion.All guests must vacate the premises by the event end time listed in your agreement.

Decorations:
No glitter, sparklers, or confetti.Live candles must be covered.Nothing may be fixed to the walls, ceilings, or fixtures.

Prohibited Items and Activities:
Illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.Pets are not allowed unless they are registered service animals.

Vendor and Delivery Access:
Vendors must adhere to the agreed setup and breakdown times.Deliveries must be coordinated in advance and comply with building policies.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
