With an impressive 2,500 square feet of usable space, we can comfortably seat up to 100 people or host up to 200 standing guests. Exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, and plush furniture lend an inviting ambience to the venue, perfectly suited for cocktail parties, networking events, after parties, holiday parties, birthday celebrations, office parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, or even a bachelor/bachelorette party. Our amenities ensure that you have everything you need to host an unforgettable event!

Host rules

* Smoking is NOT permitted in the building.
* Outside catering is permitted.
* A certificate of insurance is required for all productions.
* We require a credit card on file and a signed contract for all events.
* Storage of any items within the common areas of the building (elevator, staircase, lobby, vestibule, hallways, etc) is not permitted.
* Accessing fire escape in the back of the building is prohibited, unless in the event of an emergency. Building alarm will sound if the fire escape door is opened.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
