About this space
The studio is located in the heart of Santa Monica near the 10 free way. The studio is equipped to host up to a 3 person podcast setup. With your booking you get access to three mics, three cameras, video switcher, audio receiver and lighting equipment, ALL included in your hourly rate. There is a studio engineer which is available for an additional cost.
The studio is sound treated. If you are new to the podcast studio space and aren't sure on how to operate the equipment ie the video switcher, we highly encourage you to go with our engineer option. NO ALCOHOL is allowed.
Hair and make-up section and full bathroom located downstairs are also included in your booking.
Within 48 hours of your booking we will send you raw audio files, raw video files and a fully edited podcast.

Host rules
Absolutely NO SMOKING (marijuana, tobaccos, or vapes) is allowed inside the studio, bathroom, or within 15 feet of the studio. VIOLATION of this rule will result in a $500 assessed penalty to the user's account.
For security purposes, the studio is under video surveillance.
Rental time starts at beginning of rental time and finishes at the end of rental time. If you are over 15 minutes or more after your last scheduled hour then you will be charged for a full hour. Extending studio time is more than welcomed. Just ask to assure time is available.
If you'd like to make any changes to your booking, notice needs to be given 12 or more hours prior to your booking time. If you require any last-minute changes it is at the discretion of the studio management team to approve as a courtesy change.

About Encapsulate Studio
Encapsulate studio is a nice space with two floors ideal for your photo shooting session.
Each floor is unique:
- The bottom floor is a wide open, tall space with natural light. Contains four 7 ft wide retractable backdrops and several smaller 54-inch backdrops available on the C stand.
- Top floor has a chic embossed fabric couch, hair and make-up vanity, a tall standing mirror, and an open clothing rack with endless hangers.
Parking spots are reserved for customers.
