PETS:
Pets are welcome in the studio. However, a $100 fee will apply for any stains caused by pets, including accidents.
CLIENTS/GUESTS:
Please ensure the number of guests matches the booking request. Any unpaid additional guests will incur a fine.
CLEANLINESS:
Eating on or around the furniture is strictly prohibited; food should be kept in the designated off-set area. Non-compliance will result in an additional $200 cleaning fee.
DAMAGES:
Any damage to the space or walls will incur a replacement fee plus 50% of the item’s value. Charges will be billed to the credit card on file.
OVERTIME:
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. Ensure the space is vacated and all items removed by the end of your reserved time. Please plan accordingly.
- All ages are allowed in the space.
- Production insurance is not required.
- No moving furniture and decorations.
- No smoke machines allowed.
- Nudity is allowed.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
