-No smoking in the building - $1,000 Fee
-No duct tape or nails allowed for decorations but decorations are allowed
-Media/Video Usage: Expected media coverage must be submitted to and approved by the proprietor in advance of the function. It is important to note that the facility is under 24/7 surveillance - renting any of our facilities is an agreement/understanding that anyone who enters and is around the premises will be recorded. Booking any of our locations is also an agreement/understanding that your event may possibly be used for social media marketing purposes.
-Client Insurance: The "Client" shall show proof of insurance 2 weeks prior to the Event. This can be provided at www.TheEventHelper.com. If no insurance is provided would result in a forfeit of the deposit.
-Cancellation Date Refund Amount: 2 weeks from contract date, Full refund minus $500. If past the 2 week mark, deposit and payments are non-refundable
-Deposit amount of $1,000 will be fully refunded if there are no damages to the building and or furniture.
