REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT

3 mini-split AC units plus fans and openable windows help circulate air

PARKING
Options: private lots, street meters, and valet.

Daytime: Private lots $10-$20/day. Street meters at $0.50–$6/hr depending on time & location. Rooftop lots close around 6pm.

I love this venue. The staff treated us so well and the location came clean and ready to roll. They maintained communication with me throughout the process and didn’t mind me asking a million questions. I would use again in a second!
Parking is expensive in the area.

About Skyline Loft

Step into the heart of the Fashion District, where this expansive DTLA open studio awaits. Picture 11ft high ceilings and 8ft tall windows all around that make the space seem even larger than it already is! The studio itself, a dazzling 6,000 sq. ft open canvas, greets you with alluring possibilities.

We accommodate events of all types and sizes, from intimate wedding ceremonies and baby showers of 50 or less, pilates or fitness classes of 50-150 people, and large receptions and galas of 200+ people! The space has hosted movie showings, speed dating, launch parties, comedy shows, weddings, art exhibits, conferences, speaking events, seminars, wellness workshops, and bar mitzvahs - the possibilities are endless.

Small and large productions are also welcome for photoshoots, commercial filming, documentaries, interviews, fashion brand shoots, product shoots, photography projects, and more.

We’ve had the honor to host productions for companies such as ELLE, National Geographic, Lululemon, Vogue, Alo Moves, and a variety of others.

Lounge furniture, tables, chairs, decor, and props are all included for you to arrange and personalize this playground for creativity.

LOCATION
In close proximity to the vibrant pulse of LA Live, Crypto Arena, and Los Angeles Convention Center, this space is nestled in the thriving epicenter of Downtown Los Angeles.
