Host rules

1. Welcome and Introduction: Receive a warm welcome and comprehensive studio tour upon arrival.

2. Booking Times: All bookings include setup and teardown. Late check-outs incur an extra hour charge. Early arrivals, up to 10 minutes before schedule, may be accommodated.

3. Capacity Regulations: Bookings exceeding capacity incur a $350/hour charge.

4. Studio Maintenance: Restore the studio to its original condition before departure. Failure incurs a $100 re-setting fee.

5. Pet Policy: No animals allowed without prior arrangement for service animals.

6. Glitter Prohibition: Loose glitter is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance incurs a $100 cleaning fee.

7. No Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited. $500 fine for violations.

8. Illegal Activities: Immediate removal for any illegal activities or drug use.

9. Noise Policy: Maintain reasonable noise levels for neighbor respect.

10. No Body Paint: Prohibited. $100 cleaning fee for non-compliance.

11. Access Restriction: No access to upstairs living/office space. Staircases for camera use only.

12. Surveillance Cameras: Installed for security in non-private areas. Consent to recording during your visit by booking.
