About this space
Flexible space that has good light. Available for photo shoots, small gatherings, pop-up dinners and boutiques, community meetings, and much more!
The interior of the studio is furnished with a lounge area including 2 couches and 2 arm chairs. There is also a long table with 5 chairs inside, and 2 long tables with 11 chairs outside on a lush patio space. There are cafe lights for night events and "sails" that help with extra sunny days.
We have lots of amenities included and for rent. Please let us know what you're in need of we can see how we can help!

Host rules
No smoking allowed inside the space or on the back patio.
The studio has a security camera and the space will be filmed for the duration of the rental.
Renter is responsible for any and all damage that occurs during their occupancy.
Existing furniture can be moved only with owner's permission. Furniture may be removed and stored for an additional fee.
Renter must ensure that the location is properly secured before leaving and the space must always be locked or attended.
Renters will be charged 1.5x the normal booking rate for each additional hour they are in the space over their booking time.
Furniture and decorations may be moved with permission and it's a $300 fee to store the furniture completely out of the space. Everything can be removed except the large white storage cabinet.
Smoke machines are allowed.
No nudity allowed.
