About this space

Welcome to our elegant open-floor-plan venue located on the second floor in the heart of Sunset Park. With a spacious layout, this versatile space is perfect for hosting a variety of events, including baby showers, birthday parties, art exhibits, corporate gatherings, and more.

Sunset Social House can accommodate up to 100 guests, and we provide tables and chairs for everyone. Your rental includes access to a variety of table options to suit your layout preferences. (All tables come with white table cloths)

Guests are welcome to bring their own catering and beverages/alcohol.

We also include several amenities at no additional cost, such as:
* A state-of-the-art sound system (plug in your phone or your DJ can connect directly — no need to bring speakers - DJ's must Bring laptop & mixer controller)
* LED ambiance lighting along with party lights when your guests are ready to dance
* Gold & silver chafing dishes for food (burners not included)
* Bar area with a sink and bar fridge (holds up to 250 cans)
* Commercial ice maker
* Portable bar (if needed)
* Digital welcome screen in the lobby to greet your guests in style
* A large 72” screen inside the venue for slideshows, memory reels, or presentations
