Great natural light and the presentation space is very nice. It's a unique space and set up and clean up was easy with their help. Their tech is very impressive.
Despite multiple conversations when booking (in writing, on tagvenue) where we were told the details of what our contract included, the day before the event, the coordinator told us that we would be charged for many things that we were told were included (i.e. chairs, fees for bringing in outside catering, other expenses, all of which were originally explicitly in writing as free/included/waived). Ultimately, after a lot of back and forth, some of these fees were waived again, but not all. In the end, it created a lot of unnecessary stress right before and as a non-profit on a strict budget, it was also significant to have to pay additional when the contract and payment had been completed months before. I would be quite hesitant before booking with this gallery if confirmed cost is a consideration for your event. If you're working with them, I'd also make sure you iron out all details very far in advance regarding set up and the flow day of, as the level of organization was also somewhat lacking.
