Amazing huge loft 1450 sq ft and 14 ft ceilings with a beautiful light throughout the day, freight elevator 24/7, Wifi. Available for the different range of events, such as private events, kids celebrations, baby showers, as well as art exhibitions, presentations, fashion shows etc.
Furniture and eq included: a projector, JBL Party Box speaker, 2 armchairs, small couch, 3 foldable tables (6 ft), a glass desk, 2 acrylic designer chairs, 5 foldable chairs, 2 stools, 12 feet ladder.

150$ per hour under 40 people,
170$ under 55 people;
185$ up to 70 people.
200$ up to 90 people.

No smoking is allowed indoors.
Please, keep the space how it was before you step in
- You agree that you are personally responsible for your safety and actions while being at the studios.
- You and your team members waive any liability from the studios.
- Your rental time includes setting up, breaking down, and clean up, so please factor it in your booking hours.
- guests can use STUDIO SPACE ONLY: shooting, hanging out and store stuff in the corridor is strictly prohibited
- freight elevator door should NEVER BEEN CLOSED FROM OUTSIDE! Please, ask for an assistance with the elevator, don't try to use it by yourself.
- building door and 2nd floor door should be closed, for the guests and event hosts we send links for both doors opening.
- minimum booking hours:
for the photo/video production: 3 hours;
for the events: for Saturdays - 5 hours, for any other day - 4 hours
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
