We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests in our space. As such, we kindly request that open flames and confetti (any use of confetti will result in a $1000 extra charge) are NOT USED during your rental period. This includes candles, sparklers, and any other items that pose a fire hazard or create excessive mess.

We are located in a 24hrs doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows and gorgeous views of The Empire State Building the 4 Oversized Large windows facing South and 2 oversized windows facing East has Stunning views of the city.
12+ foot ceilings throughout, the floor has 1 bathroom and 1 ADA accessible one as well.
Suitable Events for Film & Photo Shoots, Meetings, Presentations, Workshops, Interviews/Small Castings, Yoga/Fitness classes, movement classes, birthday parties, weddings, engagement party, and more
