PLEASE READ THE RULES BEFORE BOOKING.
The LED Light Wall set is available for all type of shoots. Each individual light is controllable and can be changed to a color or gradient. It can also be automated move to sound and music.

- Lighting:Two Aputure 100x LED lights
Some house rules:
• NO LOUD MUSIC, NO LIVE MUSIC and NO excessive stomping on the floors. We have to respect the neighboring studios, especially during daytime hours.
• NO outside speakers. There's a bluetooth speaker available for your use in the studio.
• DO NOT leave the door open during your booking.
• DO NOT leave equipment in the hallway. DO NOT hang out in the hallways
• Your booking should show exactly how many people are attending.
• The hallways and staircase and front of building are NOT a part of your booking. Please only use the studio space.
• OVERTIME: Overtime is subject to 1.5 times the hourly rate extra charge If you do not notify the host 30 minutes prior to the end of your booking. We enforce overtime strictly and overtime starts the minute your time is up and is charged by 30 min intervals.
• Leave the space in the same condition that you found it, there is a trash bin by the door. Excess trash and mess will result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Absolutely NO smoking marijuana, cigarettes in the studio or anywhere in the building - Any smoking will result in an $500 fee and an automatic non-refundable cancellation.
• NO confetti, glitter, feather or anything similar should be used. This will result in a HIGHER cleaning fee.
• BE ON TIME. Your reservation must include all the time you need to set up, shoot, clean up, and vacate the studio. You cannot enter the studio early, and you’re expected to vacate your studio no later than the time your reservation ends.
• Any excess or penalty fees will show up as an overtime charge.

• A Credit Card Authorization form needs to be filled out and sent before the start of the shoot, in case of damages and fees.
• DO NOT leave the door open during your booking.
• NO loud music and live music.
• NO excessive stomping on the floors.
• NO outside speakers. A Boom 3 bluetooth speaker available for use in the studio.
• NO smoking marijuana, cigarettes, vapes in the studio or anywhere in the building - Any smoking will result in an $500 fee and an automatic non-refundable cancellation of your booking.
• Bringing more people then mention in booking is subject to an additional fee
• Please only use the studio space. The hallways and staircase and front of building are NOT a part of your booking.

• Please note use of the Projector requires an additional rental fee
• Smoke machines are allowed
• Nudity is allowed
