Indoor Heated Pool
The indoor heated pool designed for prenatal, baby, and family-focused sessions. The warm-water pool supports parent-child bonding swims, water therapy, small aqua workshops, and wellness collaborations. Private Reformer Pod
The Reformer Pod offers a calm, distraction-free environment that supports intentional movement and recovery. Unlike large group studios, this space prioritises privacy, personalised attention, and therapeutic progression. It is especially suited for physiotherapists, women’s health trainers, rehabilitation specialists, and instructors working with prenatal or postnatal clients.
