Cancellation and Refund Policy for Bookings – City Division

1. Small table bookings with no deposit taken – no change
2. Small tables booking when a deposit has been taken (eg. Mother’s Day) - We offer the customer (if they contact to cancel) the opportunity to postpone their booking to a later date (we retain the deposit). If this is not agreeable for reasons such as (special celebratory occasion, family travel etc) then we will refund any deposits paid (we must be considerate and understanding of the circumstances)
3. Larger group bookings where deposit has been taken – We offer the organiser/customer (if they contact to cancel) the opportunity to postpone their booking/event to a for a later date within six months of original booking date (we retain the deposit). If this is not agreeable for reasons such as (special celebratory occasion, family travel etc) then we will refund any deposits paid
4. Existing large third-party group bookings (Travel Trade, Corporate etc). As above (this will predominately be taken care of via your Brand Sales Managers). For new bookings we will inform the larger travel trade companies that cancellations within 48 hours of the booking date would incur a 25% fee to enable us to cover our costs).

Great communication from Marina at All Bar One to arrange the hire of the space. Also great fast service on the night, both with the food and drinks orders. We had privacy in the Vic's room for out corporate games but still easily connected to the rest if the venue. Thank you very much for your assistance to make such a successful team evening.
