- Treat the space, furniture, and accessories with respect as if these were your own.
- Do not drag furniture across the floor this will cause damage to the flooring.
- We do allow you to rearrange the furniture/ accessories slightly but we kindly request that if anything is re-arranged, everything must be returned to the original layout.
- Bookings are for 2 guests but extra guests can be added on when booking.
- Payment is made in full before the booking.

Damage:
- Any furniture or prop that is found broken, stained, or ripped during the time of your booking, you will be charged for repair or full replacement of the item.
- We do not allow smoking in the building.

Age:
- 16+ unaccompanied by an adult.
- Anyone using the space below 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Booking must be in the responsible adult's name.

The studio was clean, spacious and had a separate changing area. There were so many seating areas which we were able to use as sets. Comfortable seating also allowed us to take several breaks. The furniture and chairs were immaculate, and lighting was also provided (umbrella, softbox and two barn doors), along with extension cables. Leoni kindly met us at the entrance and showed us the facility, which I could recommend to any model and photographer. Thank you.

Lots of different props and furniture to make the photoshoot as I wish. Great lighting, studio lights, bright, spacious. Managers are super sweet, accommodating and welcoming.
The place needed a little bit if sweeping and a mop, but no big deal.
